I just found out last night that the tires on my car are not safe. The car is in the shop for brakes and inspection. One of the front tires has a big cut in the sidewall. The soonest I can have tires put on is Saturday. This means I am without a car till Saturday.
I could drive down to see Pearl and give you checks Saturday.
I am sorry for this last minute notice. I was trying to get tires put on today, but that won\'t work, because the mechanic doing brakes does not have tires for my car. He offered some, but it was a funny deal. I had to think about it overnight to realize that what I have to do is wait till Saturday to get tires at a different place. I actually need to check to make sure they will be open day after new year.
I am really sorry for this problem, but I expected car to be ready today.
