Had very satisfactory, realistic conversation with realtor (Jane Eakin). She understands that this house has to move before foundation damage takes it down. Also covered realistic scenario for improving presentability, and the limits of our ability to do that. She is providing a contact who can assist in getting the house ready. I have to provide payoffs for taxes and mortgages.
